How to order an item for casting
When supplying a wax, please include:
- Your account code or your contact details
- Nominate which alloy you would like it cast in
When supplying a mould, please include:
- Your account code or your contact details
- The number of castings you would like
- Nominate which alloy you would like it cast in
When supplying a master, please include:
- Your account code or your contact details
- The number of moulds you require and if you would like us to store them
- The moulding material if you have a preference (we would prefer to choose the appropriate moulding compound dependant on the style of the finished cast or the composition of the master)
- The number of castings you would like
- Nominate which alloy you would like it cast in
When using a mould stored in our library
If you have a mould stored in our mould library, please phone our friendly Customer Service staff so we can assist you with the ordering process. You may prefer to contact us here or fax your order through, including your unique code and mould number.
