NB: Please ensure you provide error free STL or SLC files. While our software can detect and repair small errors we cannot guarantee a quality print if the file has errors. To reduce any unexpected results, the Precious Metal Services Team will look over your files to double check your model’s integrity, however Peter W Beck will not be held responsible for any errors found in STL or SLC files. If there are any foreseeable problems we will contact you before we produce your piece.
To check for errors we recommend you use freely available file viewers such as Mini Magics.
We assure your privacy and confi dentiality. Your files remain on file with us for only 90 days and are then destroyed. Please keep backup files of designs in your possession for your records and future jobs.
