How to order
Your orders are entered into our system in one of two ways:
- You may order by weight eg: 40 grams of 18 carat yellow 4.5mm square wire
OR - You may order by dimension eg: 40mm of 18 carat yellow 4.5mm square wire.
Both ways require essential product information to ensure we process your order accurately and deliver it on time. Please call our Precious Metal Services Team for more information or contact us.
Express Service
If you require metal earlier than our standard production times allow, you will be happy to know that we can offer an express service for wire and sheet. The extra charge incurred by this service enables our Production Team to dedicate the necessary resources to prioritise your order. The turnaround time obviously depends on the size of the order to be completed.
